Prestigious boutique private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Management of complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and oversee meeting arrangements.
- Coordinate travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Provide support to senior team members i.e. book travel, make appointments, ensure continuity across business and personal calendars.
- Partner with other admin to support day to day office management including office organization, correspondence with office service providers, meeting set-up, supply purchases, greeting guests etc.
- Light personal assistant duties.
- Partner with admin staff to plan and execute firm events both in office and external.
- Review office spending and reconcile monthly Amex statements.
- Manage access card distribution and parking access.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A four-year college degree is a plus
